We moved into our new home in Shandon just over a month ago and we wanted to say thanks to you for completing the house. We're grateful for all your help, for being easy to work with, for working with us on all the details, and for making sure everything was done to make the house an ideal home for us.

We're particularly grateful because Gage Construction came into the project when it was in a terrible state - the previous builder had failed and the initial phase of construction had been languishing for months. You helped us get it back underway. You also helped us develop a plan to complete the house with a firm and detailed budget based on multiple competing quotes from subcontractors to get the best deal possible with quality that we wanted.

You met with us frequently, managed every step, and helped us understand the costs and benefits of each selection and choice. Every time we had questions, you answered them quickly and fully. It was exciting to see the house finally come together, to see the floor polished, the lights installed, the walls painted, the tile laid, and the granite in place. You were there on the site constantly, getting the water running, natural gas turned on, landscaping in place, electricity and other services engaged. Although it is our house and we frequently stopped by during construction, there was never an item we had concern with that you were not already aware of because you'd been there before us in person. I can say that you paid attention to our home as if it were your own you were constructing, and I doubt many builders ever have that said about them.
